Promoting Resilience in Higher Education
Our involvement in the Staying BRiTE Fellowship has offered us an opportunity to link our focus on dispositions for teaching to pre-service teacher resilience. The questions which inspire our inquiry into practice are:
- Does a focus on thinking dispositions enable resilience in challenging teaching and learning contexts?
- Do the BRITE modules act as an influential resource in the context of PSTs encountering challenges in a teaching and learning context?
- What are the implications of what we find for our practice as teacher educators?
